Refund and Returns Policy

Final Sale Policy:

No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted except as expressly stated below.

Defective or Damaged Items. If a product is received defective or damaged, the customer must:

• Provide clear photographic or video evidence

Upon verification, Erotic Corner may, at its sole discretion:

• Issue a replacement.
• Provide a refund

Non-Returnable Items. The following items are strictly non-returnable:

• Opened or used products.
• Personal or intimate goods.
• Clearance or discounted items.

Refund Abuse and Fraud:
Erotic Corner reserves the right to deny refunds or replacements in cases of suspected abuse, fraudulent claims, or excessive refund requests.

Refund Processing:
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5 business days.
